Tree Removal Bicton 6157
Tree Removal Bicton 6157
In June 2013, The Tree Firm removed this large Eucalyptus tree at the front of a private residence in Bicton. Alongside some other prior work on the property which was pruning a Fiddlewood back to fence line, we were all wrapped up by 2pm on a Saturday. The client kept some of the wood chip and the remainder was removed from the site.
Prior to hiring us, the client did some research into who to hire. There are several factors that you should consider before hiring an arborist to remove your tree. In the wrong hands, a process such as this could cause you a ton of headache instead of helping you. Here’s a few helpful tips to keep in mind before hiring an arborist.
- Do they have insurance?
One of the first things you should consider before hiring an arborist to do anything is to check whether or not they have insurance. Having an insured arborist is definitely a must because if any damage occurs to your property, you will have peace of mind that it will be covered. If you hire an arborist without insurance, you will be taking a huge risk that could cost you thousands of dollars if anything goes wrong.
- Previous work (References)
Previous work is also another important factor for you to consider before hiring an arborist. Credibility is important, and one of the ways to show credibility is to show your previous work or projects. If an arborist is unable to show his/her previous work, would you be able to trust them?
- How much it costs
Before hiring an arborist or any other professional, it is important for you to consider their pricing. If an arborist is unable to give you a price, how reliable are they?
A professional arborist should be able to give you an estimate of how much it would cost and give you a breakdown of what each service would cost you.
- How long will the process take?
An experienced arborist should be able to give you an estimate of how long each of their services would take. By giving you an estimate of how long each service would take, you would be able to plan your time according to that as to avoid any unnecessary surprises. If an arborist is unable to give you an estimate of how long they will take to complete certain tasks, it is highly likely that you are dealing with an inexperienced and unprofessional arborist.
