Property Clearance

This job was to clear branches from the Lemon Scented Gum that was over the roof line and touching the building. The branches were lowered to the ground using rigging equipment and ropes.

Property clearances, like all other types of clearances, are done in order to clean, organise and improve the overall appearance of the property. In this case, our job was very specific.

Our primary job here was to clear the branches from the Lemon Scented Gum which was causing a problem by hanging over the roof line and touching the building. There are several risks associated with leaving branches over the roof line and touching the building.

These risks include the branches falling onto your roof and causing damage, branches scraping against roof singles and falling leaves which causes mould and deterioration. Although these may sound extreme, they are indeed real threats. It is concerning that many homeowners neglect the branches that hang over the roof line and are touching their buildings, believing that it is not a big problem.

In this particular case, we were able to help the homeowners solve their problem by using special equipment to help lower the branches to the ground whilst ensuring that it doesn’t cause any damage to the property or become a safety hazard to anyone.
