Paul Vickers set the up The Tree Firm in Perth with aim of deliver unparalleled tree care solutions to his clients through highly skilled, professional and motivated staff, and most importantly, with an emphasis on providing the finest service to each and every customer.

With 17 years’ experience in the tree service industry working in London, Sydney and now Perth, Paul found that too many tree companies strived for growth by branching out into multi-teamed businesses. A result of this approach is that it leads to a lack of professionalism and the standard of the work being received decreasing. Paul has therefore chosen to keep his team tight knit, multi-skilled and approachable.

Paul has found that by being more hands on, in answering the initial phone calls, dealing with quotations, supervising the work done and then supplying the invoicing himself, it creates a more personal touch throughout which leads to better results and higher customer satisfaction!
